The first time I put a SLR camera in my hand I was 12 years old. I always saw still photography as an additional language that could properly say what words cannot. After working the corporate world I decided I needed to finally pursue what I loved to do; tell stories through photography and film. In 2007, whilst still keeping a foot in the business world, I went back to university where I got my BA in English Literature and Film from UCLA, completing my degree in 2010. There I found my passion for making documentary films and taking stills on film sets. In 2012 I went to the UK for my Masters Degree in Documentary Film where I got a taste of the European view of film making via London. I hope to not only tell as many peoples stories as I can but also capture moments in feature films that not only make the viewer curious but give them a sense of being there.
