Madeline Cass (b.1993) is a Nebraska artist whose work has been exhibited across the United States. In 2017 she received a BFA in Studio Art from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Her work examines the multitude of relationships between art, science, nature and humanity. Through photography, artist books and zines, poetry, drawing, collage, video, installation and sculpture, her work follows mycological metaphors of growth and decay. She is currently an artist-in-residence with the Platte Basin Timelapse project.
