About: Magnus Persson (1967) is a self taught, Swedish photographer based in Malmö.
His interest in photography goes back to childhood but only in recent years have he has had time to take up his photography again.
He calls himself a 'part-time freelance photographer', since he have a full-time job that pays his bills.
This way he believe that he have more freedom to choose what he want to do with his photography.
The emphasis of his work is mostly focused on social, political and humanitarian issues affecting different communities, like much else, forgotten by the mainstream media.
