My name is Mark Patrick Lavis. I am a recent graduate of the University of Oregon where I earned a Bachelors in Journalism with a focus on electronic media. I am a sports writer whose dabbled in various forms of the medium.
I covered the University of Oregon athletic department for 2 1/2 years as a writer for a local online newspaper before I created my own website after the newspaper ceased operations. Highlights of my coverage include attending the 2015 Rose Bowl and 2015 College Football National Championship Game as a member of the press.
Currently I am working on growing my own humorous sports news website called Spor Repor. Nonetheless, I have plenty of free time on my hand and am more than happy to write either a serious or even humorous piece of work for your publication.
