Some stilt houses appear along the river and they let their big nets go down into the water. Once, they were houses and work places. Nowadays, the nets still go down but at longer intervals. There are fewer fish and inside those small houses some rituals take place: they eat, they play cards, they read the newspaper but above all they drink. Everything remains suspended in a time that might seem very long and everything becomes more real and sincere, like in a dream.
