Masha Mosconi

Masha Mosconi is already a well-established musician when she discovers photography in 2016. Her camera soon becomes her new instrument, with which she composes her photographic series as a musical score, a personal and accessible interpretation, resonating with her musical world.
Bachelor of litterature, Master of viola at the Conservatoire de Paris and at the Conservatoire National Supérieur in Lyon, Masha has always been immersed in art, and her sensitivity to music and literature has therefore been reflected within her photographic production. As a musician, she has built strong relationships with renowed classical music ensembles, international soloists and contemporary and jazz musicians.
These partnerships offer her many photographic themes, which she handles with increased sensibility, as an artist with a musical outlook/vision.
Masha Mosconi is the official photographer of the Long-Thibaud-Crespin International Violin Competition (2018). She is also the photographer of many ensembles in which she continues to perform (Concert de la Loge, Ensemble Contraste, Paris Mozart Orchestra, the NGO Esperanz'Arts) and creates visuals and album covers for many labels (Aparté, Nomad Music, ACT ...).
Self-taught photographer, Masha Mosconi works as much on portraits, still lives and landscapes throughout her trips to South America, China, Ukraine, Myanmar, Namibia, and Europe.
