Michelle McCarron is an Irish American photographer & videographer whose career spans both sides of the Atlantic. Her work focuses on stories of human and environmental interest, specifically mankind's relationship, struggles and triumphs with the natural world. She has traveled solo in over 30 countries worldwide in pursuit of her personal narratives and assigned projects. During that time she has worked with a variety of international publications and organizations covering stories that range from energy innovation in San Francisco, the Syrian refugee crisis, wildlife management in Yellowstone to the Grand Teton Music Festival. Her music video and film work have been featured at the Queens International Film festival, San Francisco Irish film festival and SXSW.
Clients past and present include The Economist, The Guardian Weekend, San Francisco Irish film festival, Capital Magazine, National Parks Magazine, Yahoo, Square Inc and Siemens to name a few.

TImed participants swim 2 lengths in a water filled trench in a bog but they are not permitted to use conventional swimming strokes only flipper power. The sport attracts all levels of enthusiasts from serious athletes to.. well you'll see.
