Nora Klein
Erfurt, Deutschland
I work as a freelance photographer and have my base in the middle of Germany, Erfurt.
My main focuses are portraits and photo stories. As a photographer, I work with topics that are important to the society we live in. I am interested in seeing behind the curtain.
At the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hanover and the Danish School of Media and Journalism in Aarhus I received a Bachelor of Arts in the field of photojournalism. In 2010 I worked for a period of six months as a staff photographer for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung in Germany.
Besides my activities for magazines and newspapers, like Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung, Die ZEIT, Stern and Medium Magazin I work on personal projects. In my last project “Mal gut, mehr schlecht.” I looked at people who have become victims of a major depression. The foundations “Eckhard Busch Stiftung“ and “Sparkassenstiftung Erfurt” have been supporting this project.
