Washington, DC, USA
I was born in Germany, studied Fashion Design in Milan and worked for many years in the fashion industry. In 2004 I moved to Washington DC, and fulfilled a lifetime dream to become a professional photographer. For the past 10 years I worked primarily in the Americas, but also in Asia and Europe, for clients and pursuing personal projects.
The emphasis in my work lies in communities with the focus at human, social and environmental issues. I am looking for an intuitive moment to be able to reach deeper and create a new visual layer.
My work has been included in the Archive of Documentary Arts of the David M.Rubenstein Rare Books and Manuscript Library at Duke University.
In the past I have worked with the IACHR Inter-American Center of Human Rights and other Human Rights Organisations.
