Pierre-Emmanuel Delétrée, born in Châlons en Champagne, France in 1984, is a Tokyo based French Photojournalist.
- Working with les Films des Tournelles as editor from September 2008 to July 2010
- Working with Aubermensuel and l'Argus de la presse from August 2010 to February 2014.
- 2015 Founding member of Japan Street Lens, a photography blog established by four photographers who intend to share their pictures recording the events and social phenomenon take place in Japan.
His work has been published in : The guardian, L'Union, L'Humanité, Le Parisien, Télérama, Rue 89, Metro...

Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games has concluded a collaboration agreement with the Nippon Foundation, a private non-profit humanitarian organisation supporting activities in fields such as social welfare, public health and education.
