- 2014: Artist residence from the canton of Fribourg (CH) in Berlin.
-2009 – 2013: Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Art History.
-2006 – 2013: Realization of various personal projects, including one on asylum (URGENCE), as well as regular collaborations with the press (Le Temps, Tages Anzeiger, Migros Magazine, Le Monde, Die Zeit, etc.) and taking pictures for corporate mandates.
Cofounder of the picture bank arkive.ch.
Involvement in the following group exhibitions with the series URGENCE: at the Kornhausforum in Berne, within the Prix Photo 2009 and at the VISA POUR L’IMAGE 2009, as part of the Prix du Visa d’Or de la Presse Quotidienne Internationale.
-2005: Realization during 6 months of a personal project on capoeira and Brazil.
Various projects in collaboration with the designer Oliver Schneebeli from Lausanne, to be seen on www.ervibisme. ch.
-2004: First prize at the Swiss Press Photo with a field research on applicants for Swiss asylum. Exhibition at the Swiss National Museum in Zurich.
-2003: Stay in Russia. Collaboration with various Russian media.
-2002 – 2004: Left the edition department of the daily newspaper La Liberté to work on different personal projects.
-2001: Second place at the Swiss Press Photo with a story on anti-WEF (World Economic Forum) protests in Davos and Zurich during the events at the end of January 2001.
-1999 – 2002: Photographer at La Liberté (published daily in Fribourg, Switzerland).
Photo report in 2000 in Kosovo and in 2001 about a collective of illegal immigrants (les sans-papiers de St-Paul à Fribourg).
Graduated from the CRFJ (Romand Training Centre for Journalists), nominated for the Chard award.
