Quintina Valero

Quintina is documentary and press photographer from Spain. She is based in London where she studied a degree in Photojournalism at the London College of Communication, (University of the Arts). Her documentary work focuses on human rights and humanitarian crisis. She has documented nomadic lives that included Bedouins, travellers and gypsies for several years. Her passion to learn about their identity and culture took her to the Balkans, Jordan, France, Spain and England, documenting their traditions, festivities and rituals. Her work has been exhibited in London and Spain.
She also received training as a Youth Arts Facilitator and has extensive experience designing and delivering projects for different ages and backgrounds. She also founded Sharevision Workshops, a platform that uses photography to develop educational and artistic projects in schools and collectives.
She works as a freelance photographer for national newspapers and corporates. Quintina is available for assignments in the UK and abroad.
