Robyn Day is a Chicago-based photographer and past arts critic at Art New England, Big Red & Shiny, and WBUR's The ARTery, Boston's NPR news station. She is currently a graduate student in the photography MFA program at Columbia College Chicago, where she received the Graduate Merit Award and the Stuart Abelson Graduate Research Fellowship. Recent exhibitions include the International Biennial of Fine Art and Documentary Photography, Berlin; FRESH! 2016: The Modern Portrait, JanKossen Contemporary, New York City; Moscow International Foto Awards 2016, Honorable Mention, Na Kashirke Gallery, Moscow; Arte Laguna Prize 15.16, Arsenale of Venice, Italy; Incubarte 7 International Art Festival, Valencia; and Novus Conceptum, Hannah Bacol Busch Gallery, Houston, as part of Houston Foto Fest 2016: Sixteenth International Biennial of Photography & Photo Related Art.
