Rosa Panggabean is a freelance photographer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Previously she worked as a photojournalist for Antara, Indonesia press photo agency, and local newspaper, Jawa Pos. Rosa has covered many issues, from daily life, politics, sports, and major disaster. While she worked in national agency, some of her works has been published in local and international publication such as Kompas, The Jakarta Post, Tempo, Nationalgeographic.co.id, Aljazeera.com, thenational.ae, asia.nikkei.com, aljazeera.com, etc. Now she perform assignments in editorial, event documentation, travelling photography, and NGO projects.
She is also focusing her passion in identity issues. One of her personal projects has been published in a photo book titled Exile.
