Ryan Carter
Ryan is a Canadian photographer currently living between Toronto and Collingwood, Ontario.
Between 2010 and 2017 Ryan worked as an official photographer at the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi, where he covered official events of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. Assignments regularly involved meetings with heads of state both domestically and internationally. In this position he photographed meetings in over 30 countries with over 100 different heads of state, including President Obama, President Trump, President Emmanuel Macron, Emperor Akihito of Japan, President Xi Jinping, King Mohamed VI of Morocco, and Queen Elizabeth of the UK.
Outside of his role as an official photographer, Ryan has been very fortunate to work both in Canada and internationally with a variety of clients.

Ryan’s work has been featured in several publications and books including the Communication Arts Photography Annual, the Gallery 44 Emergence book, the Magenta Foundation Flash Forward book, and the Magenta Foundation Carte Blanche book.
His photographs have also been exhibited in group shows in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Including the Ian Parry exhibition at the Getty Images Gallery in London, the Foto 8 Summer Show at the Host Gallery in London, and the traveling Flash Forward exhibitions in both Canada and the United States.
