Documentary photographer, ﬁlmmaker and multimedia editor.
In the beginning, his professional career was linked to journalism. It started as Content Editor and Columnist for different digital media in Buenos Aires. In parallel, studied photography some years and his photographs have been published in the newspaper “La Nacion” (www.lanacion.com); in the agency "Sudaca Photos" and exhibitions.
Between 2008 and 2009 he was Picture Editor in ESPN and leads special projects related to sports.
In 2009 he began to research the ﬁlm "Refugees in their own land" (2013), ﬁlmed in southern Chile and supported by the National Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts of Argentina (INCAA).
The documentary, made entirely with Fernando Molina, was exhibited in over 35 international festivals (Biarritz, Havana, DocsDF, FICBAQ, among others). After a long tour of several cities in the world, “Refugees in their own land” ﬁnally premiered at the Gaumont cinema in Buenos Aires in August 2015.
Currently, Nicolas works as a photographer and editor freelance.
In 2016, will travel to Asia and will document different stories about the daily life of people.
