Serey Siv

A self-taught street and documentary photographer, Serey Siv began taking photos avidly during high school with a Pentax camera in Montreal, Canada where is was born and raised. At the age of 20, he put photography aside and moved to Tokyo, Japan to study Japanese and pursue a career in music where he released an album. When he decided to permanently move to Cambodia in 2015, he picked up a new camera and rekindled his passion for photography. Now based in Siem Reap, he is currently working on social and human rights issues in Cambodia.
