Stefano Ferrando

Stefano Ferrando was born in Rome in 1980 and he lives in Cagliari, Sardinia. After graduating from the University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, he moved to Venice to study photography at ORCH Studio.
Today he works as a freelance photographer, concentrating on architectural and landscape photography.
His portfolio includes exhibitions all over Italy, participating in art events organized by institutions such as "Triennale di Milano" and "SI Fest OFF".
He carries out his own research on the themes of memory and time, exploiting the expressive potential of the pinhole camera. He also develops research on the contemporary city using medium and large format.
He writes for the online magazine Sardarch.it and he teach photography at IED - Cagliari.
