Stefan Jeremiah is a photographer, documentary filmmaker, producer and editor based in Brooklyn, New York.
Originally from England, his work has taken him throughout Europe and The Americas, including the 2014 documentary "The Mother Grain," which delves into the lives of Bolivian quinoa farmers, at the peak of the superfood's popularity in the United States.
Now settled stateside, he regularly contributes to the The AP, Reuters and New York Post as well as having images published by The New York Times, The Guardian, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and many more.
While day-to-day he can be found out in the city covering spot news and events, Stefan is currently dedicated to working on a long-term story project related to wrongful convictions. For the past six months, he's been co-producing and shooting "Innocent," an ongoing series which highlights individuals who were convicted and served lengthy prison sentences for crimes they did not commit.
His work has been published internationally and recognized by various photography organizations including the NYPPA and American Photography
He graduated from The London College of Communication in 2005 with a BA Honors in Journalism.
