I’m a food and drink writer based out of Toronto, Canada. For the last 12 I’ve been publishing SpotlightToronto.coma and have contributed to a number of Wed and Print publications.
In 2011 I was awarded the VQA Promoter’s Award for outstanding achievement in the Media category in the promotion of Ontario VQA Wines.
I’ve also acted as the global editor for Whitecap’s StreetEats series of travel guides, which focuses on the best street food across North America.
When I’m not creating content, I host events and speak about food.
Five years ago, I started Food Truck Eats, the country’s inaugural food truck festival. Since then I have tried to be a pioneer for the Street food movement in Toronto, regularly organizing food tours to showcase the diverse culinary culture of the province.
