Tova Katzman

Tova Katzman is a photo and video artist and visual storyteller from Martha’s Vineyard Island, Massachusetts currently based in Austin, Texas after living and working in Panama for the last 6 years. Her work stems from conversations and research while documenting social and environmental themes that intersect with science, global politics and spirituality. In 2017, she was awarded a Fulbright fellowship to pursue an art and research project about the intersection of daily life and the Panama Canal.
Tova works as a freelance photographer, videographer, curator and educator. She cofounded and runs La Junta Colectiva, a collective of women photographers connected to Panama.
