Valerio Vincenzo

Valerio Vincenzo, born in 1973, is an independent photographer based in Paris and Delft in The Netherlands. He works on long-term projects as well as on assignments for the press.
In France, his works have been published in Le Monde, Geo, National Geographic, Figaro Magazine, Nouvel Observateur, Madame Figaro, and Libération.
His Borderline project was awarded the Prix Louise Weiss 2013 of European journalism.
This project has been published by El Pais in Spain, The Financial Times Magazine in the UK, Newsweek in the US, GEO in France, Stern in Germany, Corriere della Sera in Italy, Aftenposten in Norway and Courrier Japan in Japan. It has also been exposed numerous times in France, in particular in a Unesco World Heritage site (Besançon Citadel) and in Paris on the railings of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
His photographs have been presented in numerous photo festivals in Europe. He was selected as a finalist for the 2006 and 2009 Kodak Talent Award.
