James Reade Venable

James Reade Venable was born in Manhattan, New York. He has been published in F-Stop, Black + White Photography and Dodho among others. He was also a 2X London Photo Festival’s Monthly Competition Winner. "Doormat Daddy" the music video he directed for The Allegations is an Official Selection of the Rome Music Video Awards. He is currently working on a Street photo book which captures the stops and neighborhoods of the New York City's MTA 6 Line. He is a published poet, director, and actor.
