Barbara Walton is an international news photo journalist with long experience working in the world’s hot spots.
For the past 13 years, Barbara has been the Regional Chief Photographer for epa, the European Pressphoto Agency, based in Bangkok, Thailand in charge of the diverse, disaster-ridden and dynamic region.
She spent eight years with AP as Chief Photographer/Photo Editor in The Netherlands, based in Amsterdam, and then South Asia, based in New Delhi. Her pictures have appeared in publications across the world, over a career spanning three decades.
In addition to hard news and features, she has covered four Olympic Games and many top sports events.
