Lost in Istanbul

Meanwhile Istanbul is a hot spot for African migrants. Hundreds of African football players live in the city at the Bosporus to find employment as professional football players and hoping for a career in a well known football club. For most of seekers it remains a dream. Sola Ade, 23 years old, is one of them. He is playing in the Fatih Belediyesi Football Team which was founded to support those African migrants live in precarious circumstances, lacking access to basic civil rights or conventional job opportunities. He came from Nigeria to have a better life. What he found was „advanced Africa“ Sola said.
