Zinyange Auntony is a Zimbabwean photojournalist and multimedia producer. He completed a year of photography education at the Market Photo Workshop.
His goal has always been, to capture images that could be published as part of a story and could also carry their weight on the walls of a gallery or museum.
A diverse photographer, Zinyange has covered major news events and done features, in Zimbabwe and South Africa for various media organisations and international news photo agencies.
Zinyange’s passion conversely resides in photo essays and digital storytelling of the less told stories: “To me photojournalism is a lifestyle. I don’t know anything that is more rewarding than being able to go out and talk to people, listen to them and tell their stories through my lens using still images, motion and audio. It is more than just a job for me, its life and there is nothing like it.”
